Fabrication
This jacket is handcrafted in Jaipur, India. The fabric is cotton, hand-printed with a wooden block, commonly known as blockprint. Blockprinting is an ancestral artisanal printing technique. The artisan hand-carves the pattern from a piece of wood and prints it onto the cotton, color by color.
Each jacket is unique as it is 100% handmade. The pattern may vary slightly from the photo: depending on how the fabric was cut and sewn, the patterns may have a slightly different position.
Care Instructions
This jacket is handmade. It is fragile and must be worn and cleaned with care. We recommend handwashing. Machine washing is possible on a cold cycle with a minimum spin. Do not tumble dry the jacket.
